These Terms of Service govern your use of SwiftDrop websites, apps, and delivery services. By using SwiftDrop, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

SwiftDrop connects senders with independent drivers for peer-to-peer parcel transport. SwiftDrop is not a traditional courier; we provide a platform to arrange deliveries between users.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be legally able to enter into contracts in South Africa. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Payments

Fees, refunds, and payment methods are described in the app and on our pricing materials. Payments may be processed by third-party providers (for example PayFast). You authorise us to charge applicable amounts when you book a delivery.

4. Prohibited items

You may not use SwiftDrop for illegal goods, hazardous materials, or items prohibited in our help centre or app.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftDrop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for each delivery is limited as set out in the app and applicable insurance or protection terms.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
